May 28-31 (Tuesday – Friday), AND June 3-6 (Monday – Thursday)
5:00-6:00 pm for swimmers ages 9-10 (30 swimmers max)
6:00-7:00 pm for swimmers ages 11-14 (40 swimmers max)

Ridgewood’s successful Swim Team Staff will conduct an 8-day Stroke Clinic during the two weeks prior to the start of swim team practices. Swimmers will learn stroke drills in each of the four competitive strokes, which they can incorporate into their stroke technique to become more efficient swimmers. Swimmers will also work on their starts and turns, and there will be a small amount of conditioning work to get ready for the upcoming season.
*9 and 10 year olds who are trying swim team for the first time are strongly encouraged to sign-up for stroke clinic.*
Clinic will be held in inclement weather. No refunds or makeup for weather related cancellations.
