Work at Ridgewood Pool

Ridgewood Pool is a new facility, completely rebuilt in 2023,  including a 6-lane lap pool, 8 lane competition and recreational pool, dive well, baby pool and pool house. The new facility replaces the 64-year-old original Ridgewood Pool which was the first outdoor community pool in Madison. Ridgewood has approximately 500 member families each summer, a swim team, dive team, Masters swim and a family friendly culture with activities for people of all ages.

Lifeguards, Instructors, & Assistant Managers
We are always seeking responsible individuals who are looking for a fun and challenging summer opportunity. Must have successfully completed Lifeguard Certification. Ridgewood Pool in Madison, WI is seeking lifeguards, swim & dive instructors, and assistant managers for the upcoming summer season. Flexible hours, competitive pay, and a BRAND NEW pool facility!
